Aluminium Floor Bunding, Per Metre – 30mmH x 185mmW x 1200mmL

Aluminium Floor Bunding is a heavy-duty solution for hazardous liquid containment, engineered in line with Australian Standard AS 1940-2004. It safely contains and diverts liquids such as acids, fuels, corrosives, coolants, and water, protecting workplaces and the environment from contamination risks.

Constructed from marine-grade 6005-T65 extruded aluminium, this bunding is built to withstand continuous heavy traffic, including Class 2 RAV B-Doubles and container forklifts. It offers a long-lasting alternative to other bunding materials such as PVC and rubber, providing superior durability in high-traffic or high-impact areas. Aluminium Floor Bunding features a 30mm height and a grooved, non-slip profile, it balances effective containment with safe and easy vehicle access.

Aluminium Floor Bunding is non-magnetic and non-sparking, making it ideal for hazadous storage areas where explosive vapour mixtures may be present. Each predrilled section is supplied with concrete anchors for ease of installation. The use of Fulaprene sealant is recommended to create an impermeable liquid barrier.
