Serrated Flanged Hex Bolt - M8 x 25 Z/P (Box100)

Hex Flange Serrated Bolts have a hexagon head with a built-in washer & under head teeth like serrations that bite into the surface to help prevent loosening. The built-in washer distributes the clamping load over a greater surfce area. The wide flange head is designed to provide the same securing power as a washer. They can be used to fasten objects together by inserting the bolt from the one end & securing it with either a nut on the other end or into a taped hole

Zinc Plated is the most common fastener of plating due to its the low cost & shinny bright silver finish. A thin layer of zinc is applied by either electroplating or mechanically.
