Designed for high-performance applications, the H9 Impact Washer is manufactured from hardened steel and features a hardness rating of 43–49 HRC, ensuring strength and durability under demanding conditions.

Flat washers are used to increase the bearing surface beneath a nut or bolt head, distributing the clamping force over a larger area.

They are particularly useful when fastening soft materials or components with oversized or irregularly shaped holes. A flat washer also provides a smooth, even surface for the nut or bolt head to bear against, helping to improve load distribution and reduce the risk of surface damage.
