Square washers are thick steel washers with a large square profile designed to distribute bolt clamping force over a wider area.

They are commonly used in timber and other soft materials where standard round washers may be pulled through under load.

Square Washer XBolt - Specifically suited to screw bolts as their oversized holes allow them to fit over the larger XBolt threads
