K2 Structural Washer - Hot Dipped Galvanised - M30 (Box=250)

The hardened washer is a key component of Hobson Engineering’s K2 Structural Fastening System, designed for use with compatible EN 14399 structural bolts and nuts. Together, these components deliver the required preload and performance for high-strength structural steel connections.

Application: Suitable for preloaded high-strength structural bolting assemblies in structural steel applications, where reliable clamping force and compliance with EN 14399 requirements are essential.

Important: Use only approved K2 components

For compliant K2 connections, always use the correctly matched K2 bolt, K2 nut, and K2 washer. Do not use a K2 washer with a standard hex bolt or replace it with an alternative washer, as this may compromise the integrity of the connection and void EN 14399 requirements.

HOT DIP GALVANISED
 
Galvanised is a dull greyish colour and rough in appearance. HDG products are used where a high level of corrosion resistance is required. HDG products are recommended for long term outdoor applications.
 
Note: galvanised nuts are typically paired with galvanised bolts to prevent uneven corrosion (called galvanic corrosion). Mixing them with non-coated or different metals can shorten their lifespan.
